Little Bird Comics only features one comic, should it be called The Wizard Today?
Well that is a little bit if an mistake but I can't change it now, also my grand parents favorite ski mountain is Pajarito mt. (in New Mexico)which means "Little bird" in Spanish. Both of my grand parents died of cancer and i've decided to name the blog Little Bird Comics in memory of Elizabeth and Eugene Plassmann (we called them Oma and Opa).
Can your comics be in Spanish?
Well, I am thinking about it, it will be hard because my comics are not in digital text, it's in pencil. I'm also thinking about putting my comics in Navajo (a native American language).
What art supplies do you use?
I use pencil to draw and I don't like pens because it can't erase (I make a lot of mistakes), the paper I use for my comics is letter sized paper. For color I use Cretacolor AquaMonolith that i've found at my local art store and thought they were pretty cool. I was not good at coloring at all but when I started The Wizard Today I got better.
How do you get your comics on the computer?
I use an old scanner called EPSON perfection 3200, not in good quality but it works.
Why in the About the Author you have yourself drawn as a viking?
Why not, vikings are awesome.
How can I contact you?
I'm not going to put down my phone number, but my e-mail er.. g-mail is right here:
ryland.plassmann@gmail.com.
Keep it clean my friend, don't say anything that you won't say to a pre-schooler.
Is the Merlin from your comic the one from those King Arthur stories?
No, it's really a nickname, his real name is... uh... I'll come back to that.
Tell me something about Bell and Merlin!
They are both followers of paganism, cool huh?
Why don't you make comics more often?
More to come.

ATTENTION: I'm the original admin of this blog, let me explain. It was around 2017 that I stopped editing my blog, apparently that means I hadn't done anything to this blog for more than two years. It's 2020 now and I decided to ghost this blog entirely so I tried to get back on to make a post explaining that I'm leaving and than...I couldn't. Apparently when you're gone for two years Blogger thinks you are dead and throws the account in the can. All my comments are now marked "unknown".
ReplyDeleteI'm sure this smerf account I'm using would be make unknown in a few years as well. So why did I ghosted this blog? The answer is I moved on to other things. The "Wizard Today" is most definitely over. Well not quite, the characters are still around in my head as a new setting and story is forming. Some will be back others won't. The comics you can say are like the beta version, what I'm planing now is a webcomic. I would be big, in need of a lot of planing, it could end up being my legacy, and it may come out in like ten years . . . . . . . . . . . hey, I'm a person who likes to take their time.
So what's next? To be frank I don't really know. The "webcomic" it self doesn't have a real name, right now it's "I Stand Near Bandelier" and where will it go? Hiveworks? Webtoons? Tapas? Go independent? Who knows!
Luckily I have a Twitter: @RylandPlassmann and I'm not living that anytime soon.
One day though this blog would disappear witch is fine by me, I'm taking things one step at a time.
Think you to the two people who might be reading this, maybe no one idk.
